WHAT IS A SONIC ACTIVATION?

A Sonic Activation is a bespoke immersive audio experience created in co-creation through sound, resonance, voice, intention, and subconscious listening.

Each activation is crafted uniquely in response to the individual - their current emotional landscape, inner threshold, intentions, and the themes that naturally emerge through the Threshold Session.

Sound has the ability to move beyond purely intellectual processing, creating space for deeper reflection, emotional awareness, and subconscious resonance.

These activations are designed to support intentional inner shifts through immersive listening experiences that work gently, subtly, and over time.

Each Sonic Activation may include:

• Layered soundscapes

• Vocal looping and rhythmic textures

• Spoken reflections or soul language

• Subliminal affirmations or intentional mantras

• Moments of stillness and sonic immersion

• Nervous-system-aware pacing

Some people use their activation to support:

• Emotional reflection

• Releasing repetitive patterns or beliefs

Each Sonic Activation is created through a process of personal attunement and bespoke sonic craftsmanship.

Included:

• One private 1:1 Threshold Session

• One bespoke Sonic Activation created uniquely for you

• Reflection prompts and listening guidance

• A personalised list of intentions and encoded mantras woven throughout the activation

• Secure delivery through your private client portal

• One private Resonance Expansion Session following the listening period

The Threshold Session is a space for conversation, reflection, attunement, and intentional listening.

Through this process, emotional themes, inner thresholds, intentions, and resonant threads begin to emerge naturally.

From there, the activation is created in response to what unfolds through the experience itself.

No two activations are the same.

ON TIMING

Following your Threshold Session, time is intentionally left for listening, reflection, and creation.

Each Sonic Activation unfolds differently.

Some activations are completed within two weeks.
Others require a longer creative and reflective process.

Most activations are delivered within approximately 2–12 weeks, depending on the nature of the experience and what emerges through the process itself.

The activation is delivered once the experience feels complete, coherent, and ready to be received.

This timing honours the bespoke and co-creative nature of the work.

RESONANCE EXPANSION Session

Following your 21–33 day listening period, a private Resonance Expansion Session is included as a space for reflection, conversation, and intentional grounding.

This session offers an opportunity to gently explore what surfaced through the experience, what has shifted, and what may now be asking for deeper listening or integration.

The intention is not ongoing mentorship or emotional processing, but spacious reflection within a grounded and self-led experience.
