WHAT IS A RESONANCE EXPANSION SESSION?

A Resonance Expansion Session is a private 45-minute live session held online with Kaha Ruru.

This space may include:

• reflection

• intentional conversation

• emotional awareness

• spacious listening

• grounding

• gentle sonic or vocal resonance where appropriate

There is no pressure to arrive with perfect clarity.

Some people enter the session with reflections they wish to explore aloud.
Others simply arrive with the feeling that something is still unfolding within them.

Both are welcome.

THIS SESSION MAY SUPPORT YOU IF:

• You’ve recently experienced one of Kaha Ruru’s immersive offerings and feel something within you continuing to unfold

• You are moving through a period of emotional, creative, or inner recalibration and desire spacious reflection rather than immediate answers
